The Founder, Executive Director and CEO of Ikhtiar Factoring Sdn Bhd had his secondary education at Sekolah Menengah (L) Bukit Bintang. He then pursued his tertiary education in Diploma of Banking at UiTM before continuing his Degree in Banking & Financial Management at Eastern Michigan University, United States in 1987. His working experiences include his career at the Trade Finance, Treasury and Forex Departments in Maybank. In 1989, he pursued his career at Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank and headed the Accounts, Treasury & Operations Department in the Commercial Banking Division.

Had his tertiary education at UiTM and obtained Diploma in Estate Management from School of Architecture, Planning & Survey in 1986. He then pursued his education at Oklahoma City University, United states and graduated with a Master Degree of Business (majoring in Finance) in 1991. He has over 10 years working experience in financial and investment fields, which includes working at various financial institution such Perwira Affin Bank, Leong & Co and served his career as a Manager of Corporate Services Department in charge of project financing, investment and corporate restructuring services at BSN Merchant Bank.

Had her secondary education at Kolej Islam Klang, she then pursued her tertiary education in Finance at Clarkson University, New York, United States in 1991. She brings with her 17 years cross-functional working experiences from various financial institutions. Her specializations include Hire Purchase, Credit Operations Contract Financing, Retail Marketing, Leasing, Corporate Financing and Factoring.

YBhg Dato’ Syed Kamarulzaman bin Dato’ Syed Zainol Khodki Shahabudin has been appointed as the Managing Director of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad since 1st December 2007. He is a member of Directors Investment Committee of PNS.He was previously the Managing Director of Yayasan Tekun Nasional. Prior to joining Yayasan Tekun Nasional, he had accumulated over 20 years of experience in banking operations, corporate management, property and information technology with a last attachment at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad as a Branch Manager whereas he began his career at Bank Bumiputera Malaysia Berhad. He had also served as a Lecturer at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). He is the holder of Master in Science and Corporate Communication from School of Modern Languages & Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), a Bachelor in Business Administration from School of Business, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a Diploma in Business Studies from Mara Institute of Technology.

YBhg Dato’ Rosely bin Samsuri has been appointed as the Director of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad since 12th May 2011. He is the Chairman of the Directors Investment Committee of PNS and a member of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee of PNS. He started his career with Negara Properties Sdn. Bhd. after which he moved on to a banking and Co-Operative industry and had a vast experience in banking and finance throughout his 24 years stint with Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Bank Rakyat), whereby his last position with Bank Rakyat was as the General Manager of Corporate Services & Bank Secretary as well as the member of various Board Committees and Board Subsidiaries of Bank Rakyat. YBhg Dato’ Rosely is the holder of Master in Business Administration (International Business) from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, United States Of America. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (Finance) from the Indiana State University, Indiana, United States Of America. He also holds a Diploma in Accountancy from University Technology Mara, Shah Alam, Malaysia. He is also a Director in Bioalpha Holdings Berhad, Magni-Tech Industries Berhad and Neigu Engineering & Shipyard Sdn. Bhd.
